In the case of exchanges (e.g. for size changes) please note that although we ask you to bear the cost of postage back to us, we will pay for the postage of the replacement shoes to back to you. In this way we are, in effect sharing the cost of postage with you for any of your exchanges.

If you are not completely satisfied with your clothing purchase, simply return the item/s to us in their original condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will then issue a full refund minus the original postage cost. Please note that we are not able to accept returned items of clothing outside of our returns period. Any items received outside of our returns period, without prior written agreement from us would be returned to the sender. Returns are your responsibility as we do not offer a pre-paid returns service. We therefore strongly recommend you send back items via Royal mail 1^st class signed for or a similar trackable method-please see below steps for how to return products. Please return all items to BE VIP.
